So years ago I started a little KidsCamp during the summers when my kids were young. I have a love for creativity and I wanted to share with children a little sample of things that I love. The camp is one week, Monday- Friday. Each day has a different theme some examples are: Sewing Day, Cooking Day, and Recycled Art Day.
I have had such a positive response from both the children and the parents that this summer camp has grown to be something I love and look forward to all year not to mention the fantastic income. About a year ago I wanted to try to go bigger with my camp which is where I’m at today.
I have decided to sell my KidsCamp! The KidsCamp Box includes the curriculum, outlines, supplies, and instructions for the whole week. (There are a few common household items you will have to provide.) The hardest part of hosting a KidsCamp is all of the hours of preparation it takes to host a successful camp. I've done all the work! You get to do the fun part of teaching the kids and reaping the rewards of hosting a fantastic camp!
All of the activities have been done before so I know they will work. I am here for you to ask any questions you might have to be successful.
The box comes with 8 kits. Supplies for 8 children for the whole week. If you have more than 8 kids sign up for your camp you can buy an “add-on” supply kit which will be an additional 4 kits. You can buy as many of those as you need!
I suggest charging $50/kid for the camp which will profit $400 for the one week! (5-7 hours of work!!!) The cost of the box is $115! Of course you can charge as much or as little as you want! I personally have my camp last for 1 ½ hours. You could do more or less. Whatever suits you best. I’ve learned that 1 ½ hrs is a great duration that makes parents feel like they can get something done while their kids are gone.
